Color Catch Arena centers on a simple yet engaging objective: tag other players by throwing collected items at them. Each participant starts as a small figure in a vibrant arena. The arena contains many smaller colored objects that can be gathered by moving over them. Once collected, these items can be thrown toward opponents with a mouse click. A direct hit removes that player from the current round, while successful tags add points to a leaderboard. Only hits made during the active round count toward the score, encouraging focused play from start to finish.

Strategic Color Rule

A distinctive rule adds thoughtful decision-making to each match. Players cannot pick up two objects of the same color in a row. After using an item of one color, they must select a different color before using that color again. This prevents repetitive strategies and forces participants to adapt their approach on the fly. It also creates moments of tension when a preferred color is temporarily unavailable, requiring quick thinking to find an alternative.

Arena Design and Physics

The playing field includes walls and obstacles that influence how thrown items travel. Objects bounce off surfaces, allowing for angled shots and creative approaches.
